Requirements

MS degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience with EDA tools, semiconductor design, and methodologies.
Technical proficiency in digital, analog, mixed-signal, and RF design concepts.
Experience supporting large-scale commercial software environments.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Collaborative team player who thrives in geographically distributed environments.
Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Reliable and self-motivated, consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

Developing expertise in one or more Synopsys software products, working independently and proactively.
Providing timely, high-quality customer support, including answering technical questions about tool functionality.
Triage and investigate product complaints, identifying root causes and collaborating with R&D to resolve defects.
Documenting and communicating enhancement requests and product feedback from customers.
Supporting technical evaluations, benchmarks, and product demos under guidance from senior mentors.
Building strong relationships with team members, earning their trust and respect through reliability and collaboration.
