Possesses specialized product knowledge in a single product or product line. Delivers in depth presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales representatives. May possess some experience in load flow studies in PSS\E or PSLF and time domain studies in PSCAD or EMTP. May have a continuing role in customer support to address clients’ issues. How you’ll make an impact Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with customers (and key external stakeholders) to understand needs, promote customer understanding and awareness of full product/systems/services offerings, and align to provide a solution. Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to the customer. Communicates efficiently with customers and other stakeholders (ISOs, consultants, among others) Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Seeks optimized technical solutions resourcefully, collaborating with broad Hitachi Energy FACTS team. Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy by using innovation and experience from installed projects. Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy. Accountable for the technical solution in tenders and will have a technical coordinating role in tenders. Builds and supports FACTS team for development of competencies and employees in NAM. Supports and participates in market communications: seminars, conference events, publications. Supports Sales in Capture Team activities and is generally part of Capture Team Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Proactively identify improvements in technology concepts and request changes in FACTS application platform Identify possible areas of improvement in internal processes and participate in improvement activities.
