Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Engineer with hands-on experience in Linux/Windows environments, data analytics, and KG tool integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Python development, system integration, and troubleshooting within complex software ecosystems. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across technical teams, and a commitment to delivering robust data-driven solutions. The Level 3 Application Engineer shall possess the following capabilities: Required Qualifications: Perform Linux server system administration functions. Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers. Monitoring and patching/upgrades to Linux servers and AWS instances. Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable. Support documentation of non-applicable controls. Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software. Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure. Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware. Document inventory changes.

Requirements

Proficient with Linux.
Minimum of 3 years Linux server administration experience (within the last 3 years).
Proficient with AWS. Minimum of 1 year of AWS experience (within the last year).
Experience with either Ansible or Salt.
Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and AWS instances.
All experience and education will be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions.
Ten (10) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED.
Eight (8) years minimum experience and an associate's degree.
Six (6) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
Four (4) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.
IAT Level II Certification.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
