About The Position

The job profile for this position is Application Development Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities- Work on new projects and major enhancements within Enterprise Solutions Group team, and support existing Hyperion EPM applications. Responsible for working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), including onboarding new MSPs, implementing setup, providing all required access, resolving day-to-day issues, providing MSPs with technical assistance, and overseeing knowledge transfer sessions. Explore new opportunities for implementing tools in Hyperion, and provide Tier 1 level estimates to assist senior management with budgeting casts and labor propositions. Maintain exceptional technical skills in the full suite of Hyperion tools. Hybrid work schedule available. Qualifications- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (will accept a 3- or 4-year bachelor's degree) and 5 years of IT experience using the full suite of Hyperion products/tools. Must have experience with: technical management of Managed Service Providers in the healthcare domain, including onboarding, setup and access provision, and day-to-day troubleshooting for MSPs; liaising with Onshore and Offshore leads to meet business expectations in a timely manner; demonstrated expertise with Hyperion tools, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion EPMA, Hyperion FDMEE, Hyperion HFR, Hyperion Shared Services, and Hyperion SmartView. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
