A day in the life: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Application Development Manager . In this role, you will manage multiple development teams, ensuring that all teams adhere to MMA coding standards and best practices while building enterprise-level applications. You will oversee the design, coding, testing, and debugging of new and existing applications, fostering a culture of quality and innovation. Additionally, you will promote agile ways of working, which enhances collaboration, accelerates delivery, and improves responsiveness to changing business needs. You will also guide your teams in development initiatives and solutioning efforts, while providing Level 2 and Level 3 application support and escalating risks and issues as appropriate. A security-first mindset is essential in designing, creating, and developing applications.
