Application Developer
About The Position
2 YEAR TERM. REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE IN SACRAMENTO AREA THREE DAYS PER WEEK. Minimum Qualifications Must have a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience supporting web application running on Oracle and writing and troubleshooting SQL code. Must have minimum of twenty (20) years of experience working with Java, J2EE and JavaScript framework. Must have a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience using Spring with Model View Controller (MVC) Framework, Spring Batch and Spring Web Services. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience designing and tuning SQL for performance with Oracle. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience using tools including but not limited to Jira, Bitbucket, Service Now, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE. Experience with design, build and deploy and/or migrate applications in the cloud (Azure or AWS). Experience developing RESTful APIs using J2EE framework with tools including but not limited to Postman. Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes.
