The work As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will support the implementation and enhancement of SAP modules by analyzing business processes, configuring solutions, and ensuring high‑quality delivery for clients. You will troubleshoot issues, guide clients through SAP best practices, and translate business needs into effective system configurations. In addition to providing functional expertise, you will help deliver or support delivery of contracts and programs, manage service delivery quality and cost, and assign or oversee work tasks for the contract team to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

2+ years of SAP configuration experience
Strong understanding of SAP module integration points
Solid business process knowledge and process design skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting multiple SAP modules or cross‑functional SAP environments
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
Familiarity with project management or Agile delivery methodologies
SAP certifications in relevant modules
Experience designing or documenting SAP best practices

Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to improve client business capabilities
Conduct SAP design, configuration, and testing activities
Analyze current business processes and recommend/develop SAP‑based solutions
Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products
Lead complex or novel assignments requiring improved procedures or approaches
Develop and evaluate plans and criteria executed by other team members; provide leadership and direction
Offer detailed knowledge of industry best practices in SAP
Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and develop solutions
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives into SAP configurations
Maintain strong knowledge of organizational standards and ensure compliance with those standards
