Application Developers on our Trading Team are responsible for developing and maintaining electronic trading connectivity and supporting inquires related to trading activities within our existing software suite. The role connects dealer partners and client stakeholders from a technical perspective, translating requirements and resolving integration challenges to ensure every electronic trading connection is technically sound and operationally ready. This requires engaging clients, dealers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Each Application Developer on our Trading Team contributes as an active developer, maintaining and enhancing the trading features within our software suite and expanding its trading capabilities to enhance our client’s ability to execute their jobs efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or similar fields.
• Able to work collaboratively across disciplines with excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Enjoy a rapid-paced iterative design and development process.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Come to an understanding of fixed income investing.
• Learn and become proficient with Investortools’ industry leading software with areas of focus on content, controls, and information architecture.
• Contribute as an active developer, maintaining and enhancing trading features.
• Provide support for trading features and trading connectivity.
• Train internally and externally through clear communication using written documentation and interactive demonstration.
• Improve the trading experience for our clients.
