About The Position

The Application Developer designs, builds, implements, and supports the applications used at Suncoast Credit Union. The Application Development Team is responsible for all systems used throughout the organization. We seek an experienced developer who excels in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in C# development
  • 3+ years of full-stack application development in a team setting
  • 2+ years of web development experience
  • 2+ years working with Cloud Data storage technologies (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL)
  • Experienced in coding and code reviews
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in task management
  • Skilled at resolving complex problems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence policies, practices, and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • experience with agile or scrum methodologies
  • experience with Flutter Mobile Development, Domain Driven Design, Micro-Service Architecture, Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • knowledge of automated testing tools and CICD tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct code reviews with peers
