Position Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking an Application Developer to join our Client Solutions & Business Services team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for learning emerging technologies. You will contribute to building and enhancing applications that support our business operations and client solutions, leveraging modern development practices and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in application development or related projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with React, Typescript, C# and .NET development (required).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt writing, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS or others acceptable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies—we value attitude and curiosity over expertise.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of RAG design patterns (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using React, Typescript, C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Design and coding patterns.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or similar services.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve systems.
  • Implement and integrate AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • Explore and apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design patterns where applicable.
