Position Title: Application Developer 1 Business Unit: Technology Reports to: Varies by Assignment Position Overview: The Application Developer 1 is a core member of the Information Technology team. The incumbent is responsible for development related to the applications for which the team supports. The incumbent could develop integrations, reports/analytics, and/or websites. The incumbent will spend a significant amount of time heads-down developing, documenting and supporting the applications/integrations.

  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
  • MS Word - Basic Level
  • MS Excel - Basic Level
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate Level: Databases(SQL, Oracle, MySql), Web Development, Programming, and Source Code Control

Responsibilities

  • Writes the code needed to support the assigned applications.
  • Develops integrations between the assigned applications and the bank's internal systems and/or 3rd party vendors.
  • Supports the applications/integrations for which the team is responsible.
  • Follows standards and guidelines in creation of the software and to protect information and writes high quality code.
  • Documents deliverables in accordance with department and corporate standards.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
