About The Position

Our NIH client requires continued planning and technical support for IT application and website development and maintenance. The focus of these IT support activities is the creation, development, maintenance, operation, and support of a web application infrastructure that provides an efficient, effective, reliable, and secure computing environment in support of the NIH mission. As a Senior Application Developer, you will leverage your knowledge of .Net and back-end full-stack development to support mission-critical grant processing systems. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest approaches, tools, and technologies leveraging your expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. You'll help make sure the solutions developed by the team consider the available tools, utilities, and environments and follow industry best-practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, and functions.
• Experience developing and supporting applications anchored in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and newer implementations.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development, including procedures and functions.
• Experience with programming languages such as .Net, C#, Java, or web services.
• Experience writing web service calls and performing application to database integration.
• Experience working for HHS clients, including NIH.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
