About The Position

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Application Developer to support and enhance a mission-critical Accountability System used for payroll, operations, and emergency response. This role involves system maintenance, feature development, performance optimization, and on-call support during state emergency activations, working closely with IT and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) development
• 7+ years of advanced SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience with Power Apps/Power Automate deployments
• 4+ years using Azure DevOps
• Enterprise application and database support experience
• Government IT experience preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years Power Apps / Power Automate
• Public sector experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize .NET and Power Apps–based systems
• Develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance
• Support SQL Server and Oracle databases, including data modeling and tuning
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and system improvements
• Conduct testing, documentation, and user training
• Provide application support during emergency activations
• Maintain system, database, and technical documentation
