About The Position

Application Developer Intern The Application Developer will design and implement applications and processes, both as part of a team and individually, in support of the company’s business operations.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems or relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with Object-Oriented programming
Good attention to detail and time-management skills
Good interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels of employees
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to act as a team player
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Enthusiasm for solving problems and contributing to the success of the team and the company
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with programming in C#, ASP.NET or .NET Core.
Familiarity with cloud deployment such as AWS, Azure, etc.
Python proficiency
Experience with AI agents is a plus
Familiarity with SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to compile business requirements and translate them into application features.
Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications.
Design and develop applications according to specifications.
Ensure developed applications are functional, secure, and compliant with company policies.
Coordinate user acceptance testing with end users and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications and execute on those opportunities.
Participate in regular meetings with members of the IT team to discuss ongoing projects.
Perform other essential duties as assigned.
