Application Developer Intern The Application Developer will design and implement applications and processes, both as part of a team and individually, in support of the company’s business operations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems or relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with Object-Oriented programming
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels of employees
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to act as a team player
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Enthusiasm for solving problems and contributing to the success of the team and the company
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with programming in C#, ASP.NET or .NET Core.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment such as AWS, Azure, etc.
• Python proficiency
• Experience with AI agents is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to compile business requirements and translate them into application features.
• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications.
• Design and develop applications according to specifications.
• Ensure developed applications are functional, secure, and compliant with company policies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with end users and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications and execute on those opportunities.
• Participate in regular meetings with members of the IT team to discuss ongoing projects.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
