About The Position

The Solution Developer II will design, build, and maintain web applications that support our business operations and customer needs. This role focuses on modern JavaScript/TypeScript development with React/Next.js and Node.js, with additional exposure to .NET and SQL Server. You'll work in a collaborative environment where usability, performance, and reliability matter as much as shipping features on time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience with React or Next.js
• Experience with SQL (preferably SQL Server) and basic backend development (Node.js or .NET)
• Experience building APIs and working with microservices
• Familiarity with web fundamentals: HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Git-based workflows and code reviews

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance tuning
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, C#/.NET, and SQL Server
• Build user interfaces that are responsive, accessible, and performant across devices
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern version control and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver business-critical features
• Contribute to system design discussions, technical decisions, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications in production environments
