About The Position

The Application Data Quality Associate is responsible for demonstrating technical competency in delivering application data oversight and quality control. This role will work with business, technical teams, data governance and quality assurance teams to develop data quality control procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in data quality, data analysis and data validations. Auto-finance experience a must.
Experience with SQL, Informatica and Tableau.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
Working knowledge with Informatica/ETL tools.
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate.
Familiarity with process modeling.

Responsibilities

Data Management
Perform data comparison between core systems based on the data definition.
Develop, implement, and maintain data quality rules, monitoring checks, and validation frameworks to measure the quality of data using insightful metrics at source system level – (CRM, DayBreak, etc.)
Create Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL) process for data elements using Informatica to deliver the results efficiently.
Quality Management
Consult with business to gather the requirements and document the various test scenario/cases.
Closely work with QA team to align and assist data quality tests and automate regression testing.
Work closely with and assist Data Governance (DG) team to implement a proper Data Governance framework for the overall enterprise.
