  • Bachelor or Associate degree in business with an emphasis in business, accounting, construction management or other relevant discipline.

  • Adept at working with AI-powered support tools (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants).
  • Intermediate level of experience with core Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and software solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer-centric mindset.
  • Accounting experience.
  • Construction experience and/or Construction accounting experience.
  • Basic SQL exposure.
  • Prior ERP experience.
