The Application Analyst will support both Advanced Scheduling and Analytics in the UKGPro environment. This position will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and ongoing support of UKG Advanced Scheduling within St. Luke's organization by collaborating closely with internal business partners to design, configure, and optimize scheduling processes, while ensuring they align with organizational goals and operational needs. In addition, this position will provide in house expertise of UKG Analytics and reporting capabilities related to labor management and scheduling. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.
