Under limited supervision, this position will provide technical and business support to local and remote end users for the assigned business applications, including training, resolving issues, recommending and implementing solutions. The role involves managing the lifecycle of the supported applications from implementation to retirement, including application configuration, maintenance, security management, licensing, and renewals. Additionally, the position requires providing technical expertise and support for integration with other applications, managing vendor relations, ensuring compliance with internal IT processes, and maintaining system-related documentation. The individual will also administer application changes through the change control process and perform other duties as assigned.
