Reporting directly to the VP Business Insights & Application Engineering, the Application Analyst Lead is responsible for overseeing our application team and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. In this position, you will be leading critical cross-functional projects that directly impact the credit union's success. This strategic role demands a seasoned professional who excels in translating complex business requirements into precise technical specifications and deliverables. This role focuses on serving as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and accurate requirement translation throughout the project development and support lifecycle.
