About The Position

International Motors, LLC is seeking an Application Analyst Lead in Lisle, IL. The role involves contributing to the design, analysis, development, implementation, enhancements, and maintenance of EPM tools including Hyperion Planning, PBCS, FCCS, Essbase, and Hyperion Financial Reporting. The candidate will document business requirements into technical solutions using standard templates and support implementation discussions. Additionally, the role requires improving existing features and functionality of the Hyperion environment while ensuring data integrity and assisting with system changes to meet the reporting and planning needs of the Finance Business Teams. The candidate will also be responsible for exporting and importing files into Hyperion Systems and developing custom FR reports or Smart View retrieves using Oracle provided shared services and Oracle FR studio to meet the requirements of the Finance Business Teams. Troubleshooting issues and providing resolution and recommendations for improvements and efficiencies to meet the reporting and planning needs of the Finance Business Teams is also a key responsibility. The candidate will support the development of training content and delivery of training presentations for financial management system-related processes and work with Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely Forecast and Budget submissions. This position requires 20% domestic travel and candidates must live within normal commuting distance of Lisle, IL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of applications analysis experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of applications analysis experience OR 7 years of applications analysis experience.
• Experience with EPM tools including Hyperion Planning, PBCS, FCCS, Essbase, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities
