About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab environment.
• Epic Certification in Cupid or Radiant modules is highly preferred.
• Experience in software troubleshooting and laboratory settings.

• Leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of JCAHO standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and test Epic Radiant and Cupid applications to meet clinical and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and usability of applications.
• Contribute to project planning, scoping, and implementation for module upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of end-user workflows and data collection related to application configuration.
• Prepare and execute test scripts for application testing and user acceptance testing.
• Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support for the Radiant and Cupid modules, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Analyze workflows to identify improvement opportunities and enhance system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in system modifications.
• Assist with the implementation and support of third-party systems for seamless integration.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support.
