The Patient Access and Patient Portal Epic Analyst III is responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders, end users and team members throughout system development phases of assessment, design build, testing, training and implementation. As the primary individual responsible for implementation, support & maintenance, the Patient Access and Patient Portal Epic Analyst III is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical solutions, and operational needs. The role requires a blending of technical and interpersonal skills with a reasonable comprehension of Digital Front desk and scheduling operations including self scheduling, to outline requirements and manage tickets and project requests to support their assigned to portfolio, and information system tools and reporting solutions. In addition, Patient Access and Patient Portal Epic Analyst III provides analytical expertise to information systems end users, aiming to enhance workflow, optimize business processes, and identify system solutions that meet organizational goals. This involves a proactive approach to understanding the nuances of application system functionality and leveraging this knowledge to propose enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideally suited for a highly motivated individual with a passion for healthcare technology, a commitment to excellence in service delivery, and a pursuit of innovation and improvement in healthcare outcomes.
