About The Position

Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure seamless clinical operations. Troubleshoots application issues, collaborates with clinical and IT teams to tailor EMR solutions, and monitors system performance for compliance and data integrity. Provides end-user training and technical support while documenting configurations and workflows. Coordinates software updates with vendors and stakeholders and analyzes feedback to recommend system improvements.

Requirements

1+ year of experience supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Basic knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT environments
Experience troubleshooting application or system issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to provide end-user training and technical support
Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college or university plus one (1) year of relevant work experience required.
An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required experience.
