Exciting Opportunities at MSK: Application Analyst I - EPIC Radiant Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst I - EPIC Radiant, where you’ll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. Role Overview Maintain, design and build Radiant components such as radiology orders, protocols, worklists and scheduling workflows in a complex workflow environments Assist with answering tickets in ServiceNow work queues Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions. Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.

Requirements

  • Active certification in EPIC Radiant Required; dual certification in Radiant and Cupid preferred
  • Proficiency in healthcare IT standards such as HL7 and DICOM preferred
  • Understanding of Radiology Operations
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others

Nice To Haves

  • Breast Imaging, Interventional Radiology, MITS/ Nuclear Medicine, Back Office Imaging, Protocoling design and build experience a plus

Responsibilities
