HealthPartners is currently hiring for an Application Analyst & Developer – Health Plan Premium Billing Systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring billing systems operate accurately and efficiently, which directly impacts member, employer, and broker satisfaction. The role is part of a small, dedicated team that provides production support, system enhancements, and conversion activities. The Application Analyst and Developer is responsible for documenting requirements, coding, and testing application changes. This role supports our long-term initiative to convert our current IRIS Premium Billing system to ORACLE (OHI and ORMB) and the conversion of IRIS reports to Power BI.
