About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in MU's eCompliance application.
• Provide primary support for eCompliance to administrative offices and their customers.
• Understand and apply various groups' processes, policies, and procedures related to eCompliance.
• Perform regular setup/configuration tasks for user groups and fiscal assignments in eCompliance and other applications.
• Train and guide new employees in the administrative offices on the use of eCompliance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and eCompliance programmers to resolve issues.
