  • Lead updates to configuration, document requirements, update configuration, support testing, and promote configuration to upper environment.
  • Update current contract types, templates, data attributes, and workflows to meet end user requirements, or build new ones.
  • Coordinate enhancement requests into 2-week sprints and deliver consistent updates to the application.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage Icertis release updates, impacts to configuration and process, knowledge sharing, and testing in preparation for new features and functionality.
  • Create, provision, de-provision, and manage user accounts and groups.
  • Assign roles and privileges to ensure appropriate access levels.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of application-related problems.
  • Act as liaison between Texas Health and Icertis technical customer support teams.
  • Configure and manage security settings, including creating security groups and assigning privileges based on contract types and user roles.
  • Manage the organizational structure, including units and groups, to align with business needs.
  • Perform tasks such as managing master data tables, uploading legacy documents, deleting agreements, and syncing documents linked to agreements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 years of contract lifecycle management application administration experience.
  • Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role, preferably with Icertis or other contract management systems.
  • Strong understanding of user and security management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of contract management processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience with Icertis preferred; other CLM will be considered.
  • Strong customer service skills.
