About The Position
The Appliance Technician is responsible for overseeing and performing preventative maintenance, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen appliances. A comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and data control systems as integrated with commercial kitchen equipment is required.
