Responsible for repairing the following home appliances: washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, AC window units, etc. Provides timely and quality repairs of customers’ products while maintaining high customer service. Diagnose, repair, and install parts on products Repair products in a timely manner Execute high standards for redo’s and quality as provided by CDA Follow process and procedures to ensure cost-effective repair with the highest quality Return parts accurately and timely to ensure credits Accurately account for all customer and store stock units Respect company assets such as cell phone, laptop, and tools Help educate retail partners in local stores on repair services Assist fellow Service Technicians by performing repairs when there is a backlog Achieve certification requirements on time (if applicable) Maintain a clean and organized workstation Demonstrate teamwork at all times Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment More Requirements/Responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate math skills Basic computer skills required Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and instructions Ability to effectively use electronic repair tools and testers Ability to effectively manage time and complete tasks as assigned by management Continually learning new technologies and repair processes EPA Certified Position routinely requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise weighing 10–80 pounds Requires stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing as required
