Responsible for repairing the following home appliances: washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, AC window units, etc. Provides timely and quality repairs of customers’ products while maintaining high customer service. Diagnose, repair, and install parts on products Repair products in a timely manner Execute high standards for redo’s and quality as provided by CDA Follow process and procedures to ensure cost-effective repair with the highest quality Return parts accurately and timely to ensure credits Accurately account for all customer and store stock units Respect company assets such as cell phone, laptop, and tools Help educate retail partners in local stores on repair services Assist fellow Service Technicians by performing repairs when there is a backlog Achieve certification requirements on time (if applicable) Maintain a clean and organized workstation Demonstrate teamwork at all times Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
