You will ensure pickup and delivery of appliances and equipment while maintaining safety and adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Your scope of work will include activities such as engaging directly with clients, managing inventory, and performing routine equipment inspection and maintenance. You’re a great fit for this role if you can. Make deliveries and pickups in a safe and timely manner while driving a 26" box truck. Operate general hand tools, pallet jack, and hand truck. Organize stock and maintain inventory in the warehouse, vehicles, and remote stocking locations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform routine inspections, cleanings, and minor maintenance on equipment. Maintain driver logbooks and items required by DQ file per DOT standards. Qualify and record all data on appliance pick-ups. Complete all necessary paperwork for processing. Assist in the de-manufacturing of appliances as needed. Secure vehicles, warehouse, equipment and data from damage or theft. Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Be able to travel locally or regionally with some overnight stays
  • 1-2 years relevant industry experience
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Chauffeurs License and valid Michigan DOT Medical Card (required)
