About The Position

Appliance Repair and Parts company looking for a Parts Sales and Ordering Assistant Some knowledge of the appliance repair industry would be helpful but not required. Specific Responsibilities: Create parts orders and receiving of the parts. Taking orders over the phone or calling backorders. Tracking orders. Maintaining inventory and stock levels. Help check customers out at the sales counter. Packing & Shipping out online orders. Complete invoices, take payments. Some light cleaning duties like mopping or sweeping Job Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean record Must be at least 18 years of age The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Schedule is Monday to Friday 9-3

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Must be at least 18 years of age
The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
