About The Position

Job would entail: Residential delivery & installation of kitchen appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, over-the-range microwaves, ranges, wall ovens, washers, dryers, etc).

Requirements

  • Willing to submit to background check & drug screening.
  • Experience with appliance installation.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be capable of removal and installation of components by following the appropriate service manual.
  • Safely and properly operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all components of equipment.
  • Formally document the work done on the equipment.
  • Complete work assignments and assigned training within allotted time and secure and maintain appropriate licensing.
  • Maintain good work habits and comply with all safety and company regulations.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • The candidate must have basic computer skills.
  • Maintains good work habits and presents a favorable business image towards customers served by the company.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
