About The Position

The Appliance Commercialization Manager, under the direction of Sr. Director of Appliance Commercialization, is responsible for leading key initiatives to drive the growth of Keurig's At Home Appliance Business with a focus on the Grocery & Department Specialty Channels. In this role, you will work closely with other commercial partners, sales, marketing, product development, supply chain/logistics teams, and other stakeholders, acting as the “hub of the wheel”. You will help to lead the cross-functional operations that launch new products with excellence, execute programs to drive sales, and track ongoing business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand/product management, marketing, sales or related field with BA, minimum 5 years of experience with MBA.
  • Prefer experience on a customer team for a 'Fortune 500' company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage or related industries.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to lead thinking in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Highly collaborative mindset; experienced in working cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Ability to act as a positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new challenges.
  • Ability to manage highly complex projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency.
  • Good judgment, understanding when to involve others in the decision-making process.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Commercialize new products through our stage gate process.
  • Help define and implement the optimum process for winning internal approval and customer buy-in for the introduction and commercialization of new items.
  • Support the design of our appliance channel strategy and embed it into the annual planning process.
  • Understand and prioritize the different drivers of success by priority customer.
  • Collaborate with category management, RGM and the sales teams to identify and prioritize the relevant activities and tactics required to succeed.
  • Analyze market data, consumer insights, competitive intelligence and product performance and make recommendations about product and product line plans.
  • Build materials and support sell-in of innovation with key customers and ensure that the voice of the customer is heard.
  • Communicate lessons learned and share best practices across teams in post mortem analysis.
  • Support Go to Market meetings to drive cross functional launch readiness.
  • Develop new relationships and on the job learning experiences working alongside Innovation, Product Management, Demand / Supply / Logistics, Finance, and Beverage & Partner team colleagues.
