About The Position
Apple Services are experiencing rapid growth. In Services Operations, our organization plays a pivotal role at the heart of Services. We manage the seamless flow of content from partners to customers, ensuring the delivery, quality, and accessibility of the millions of apps, tunes, videos, books, podcasts, workouts, games, articles, and more available to customers worldwide. The Finance & Vendor Services team is seeking an expert business analyst to lead the financial perspective of the organization. This role involves direct engagement with cross-functional finance, business, operations, procurement, and engineering teams. It provides an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of various Services, including tv+, Sports, and Music. The analyst will design and implement day-to-day processes while supporting a long-term transformation to leverage analytics and data to guide the organization toward our core values of Quality and Scale. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a rich environment for analysis and plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making within the Services Operations organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, and manage multiple priorities in parallel.
