Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Appian BPM Development, Delivery & Support
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture, SAIL, Records, Sites, and Integration techniques
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as Appian Certified Associate Developer, or any relevant IT certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of Appian BPM solutions for enterprise clients
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Appian applications
