Appian is seeking a Solution Architect to join its Customer Success organization, focusing on supporting federal customers. The role involves advising and supporting federal clients on architecting and delivering Appian-based solutions using the company's cloud-based platform technology. As a key technical leader and trusted technical advisor, the Solution Architect will define integrated solutions, maintain awareness of market trends, lead the design and development of innovations, and consult on programs and projects to drive quality and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, product, and business skills, with experience in BPM and/or business systems, to ensure customer and partner success. The position is based at Appian's HQ in McLean, VA, emphasizing in-person collaboration 4-5 days per week.
