About The Position
Apex has an opportunity for an Appian Technical Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced Financial Services industry client on an exciting project! Role: Appian Technical Analyst Location: Boston, MA. Onsite 3x days/week Term: 6 Mo. Description: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience Appian platform experience
- Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field
- Experience with deploying and maintaining software products in a cloud environment
- DevOps experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency
