This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of data entry experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, call center, medical claims, etc.) using computers as the primary job tool
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 04:30PM MST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on the business need

  • Experience with health care, medical, or pharmacy terminology

Responsibilities

  • Processing and sending formal appeal responses to Providers/Clients.
  • Assist with entering outbound mail tracking numbers.
  • Processing and sending Provider Packets when needed.
