About The Position
The Apparel Warehouse Manager at Pandora International in Los Angeles, CA, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving are executed efficiently and accurately. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25, depending on experience. The role requires a proactive approach to managing inventory levels, maintaining organized records, and optimizing warehouse space for effective product storage and retrieval. In this position, the Warehouse Manager will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner, which includes picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery. The manager will also be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and that shipments are handled promptly and safely. Utilizing computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking is a critical aspect of this role, and familiarity with AIMS360 is highly desirable. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure smooth warehouse operations and effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with at least two years of experience in a similar role, and will possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Physical demands of the job include the ability to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for extended periods, making physical fitness an important aspect of the role.
