About The Position
As an Apparel Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers on the sales floor, offering assistance and recommending merchandise that aligns with their wants and needs. This position requires you to be proactive in engaging with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during their shopping journey. You will also be responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, which involves unpacking and organizing products efficiently. Maintaining the clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day is essential to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. This role is part-time and offers shifts during the mid-shift and closing hours, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while contributing to the overall success of the store.
