About The Position

We are seeking highly skilled Apparel Sample Makers to join our dynamic Sample Room team. This role is ideal for individuals with deep expertise in garment construction, sample making and industrial sewing. Requirements

• Must have at least 8+ years of hands on experience in Apparel.
• Hands on experience with industrial sewing machines such as flatseamer, coverstitch, lockstitch, bartack, multi-needle, merrow, and buttonhole.
• Experience with advanced equipment (e.g., seam sealing, ultrasonic machines) is a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret English-language tech sketches and documentation.
• Must be available to work onsite in Brighton, MA.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally (e.g., fabric rolls).

Responsibilities

• Construct high-quality garment samples from start to finish using industrial sewing equipment.
• Interpret and analyze tech packs and design specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with teams to meet sample deadlines, troubleshoot options and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and communicate construction or material issues and suggest engineering improvements.
