About The Position
The position involves sorting donated clothing to meet quality standards and hanging pre-sorted clothing as needed in a retail store and donation center. The role includes pulling clothing from bins to examine and determine appropriateness for the sales floor, identifying and separating clothing of higher value, and maintaining a clean work area while following standard operating procedures. Team members are also responsible for reporting any security or theft issues to management. The position offers a starting pay of $15.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses, along with various career development opportunities and a generous team member discount.
