About The Position

Edgemine, Inc. is looking for an in-house Apparel Production Assistant. We are a women's wholesale apparel company with the goal of providing trendy, easy-to-wear styles with universal appeal for the junior market. We are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us. This role is 100% in office.
No prior experience required - we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and can work diligently while collaborating closely with their team.

Requirements

• A strong professional interest in the wholesale fashion sector, particularly in the operational and logistical aspects of garment production.
• Comfortable working in Excel and familiar with data reporting tools; experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to maintain high productivity while navigating a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Demonstrates proactive communication habits and successful experience collaborating across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Input production data and updates into the company ERP system.
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors to track production timelines and resolve issues.
• Provide administrative support to the design and production teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sample requests, production milestones, and deliveries.
