Marion Goodwill Industries is hiring an Apparel Processor / Clothing Sorter to help prepare donated clothing for the sales floor. This is a structured, backroom retail production role — minimal register work and no sales pressure. No prior experience required.

Requirements

• No experience required – paid training provided
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
• Team-oriented and dependable attitude

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, tag, price, and hang donated clothing and textiles
• Identify clothing brands and quality for accurate pricing (training provided)
• Check items for damage or defects
• Work toward clear daily production goals (training and coaching provided)
• Earn performance-based incentives by meeting productivity standards
• Keep processing and sorting areas clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with apparel rotation and merchandise placement as needed
• Follow all Goodwill safety, security, and operational policies
