About The Position

Works on small to medium-sized initiatives, independently conducts feasibility studies, and begins to lead requirements sessions. Serves as the coordination point for vendors and internal teams on assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of business analysis or IT project experience
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, vendor systems, and EMR technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio, Excel)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate needs into technical specifications
• Conduct feasibility analysis in collaboration with business units and vendors
• Coordinate vendor documentation and assess integration, hosting, and cost implications
• Track resource assignments and maintain status reporting across teams
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support change readiness activities
• Identify improvement opportunities in demand and delivery processes
