The Application System Analyst is the primary support contact for the assigned application. This includes coordination with other team members and organizational subject matter experts to create and support an integrated EHR system. The Application System Analyst will be responsible for system configuration, builds, testing, report development and implementing updates to enhance the organizational value of the various information systems. The role involves participating in the implementation of new applications as well as upgrades and maintenance of existing systems. Responsibilities include providing status information to the application manager, as well as participating with the project team for project planning, testing, training and implementation. The Application System Analyst is also responsible for providing user support and may be required to provide off-hours on-call support.

  • Responsible for system configuration, builds, testing, and report development.
  • Implement updates to enhance the value of information systems.
  • Participate in the implementation of new applications and upgrades of existing systems.
  • Provide status information to the application manager.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Provide user support and off-hours on-call support as needed.
  • Associate's degree in computer science or other technical field or healthcare related field.
  • Current vendor certification in applicable applications upon completion of training.
  • If no associate degree, agreement to complete degree in a negotiated timeframe.
