Logan Health is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Rural Health Clinic in Conrad, Montana. Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Montana (or ability to obtain).
• Previous primary care experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply.
• Passion for rural health and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN coverage in the Rural Health Clinic.
• Deliver outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff.
